Welcome to the services we provide (including but not limited to the mobile application "pickupnote" collectively referred to as "Services" in these terms).

Please read and fully understand the following terms carefully. Once you use the Services, it is deemed that you have completely agreed to all the contents of this agreement, including any modifications we may make to the usage agreement. If you disagree with any terms of this agreement, you may choose to stop using the Services.

Acceptance of Terms

We provide services to users in accordance with the terms of this agreement; whether accessing the services we offer or posting any content on the services we provide, it signifies that the user fully accepts all terms under this agreement.

When users utilize our individual services, they must comply with the guidelines and rules related to that service. All guidelines and rules constitute a part of this usage agreement.

If the user has any objections to any terms of this agreement, please cease using all services we provide.

Usage Rules

The services we provide are for local tools, and users cannot directly publish public information through the service.

Users undertake not to engage in any activities that violate local laws and social ethics, either directly or indirectly, by using the services we provide.

Users in mainland China are prohibited from using the services we provide to create, upload, copy, publish, disseminate, or repost the following content:

• Content that opposes the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;
• Content that endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, undermines national unity, or harms national honor and interests;
• Content that incites ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermines national unity;
• Content that disrupts national religious policies, promotes cults, or advocates feudal superstitions;
• Content that spreads rumors, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability;
• Content that disseminates obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or incitement to crime;
• Content that intimidates, insults, attacks, or defames others, infringing on others' legitimate rights and interests;
• Engaging in money laundering, theft of commercial secrets, theft of personal information, or other illegal activities using this platform;
• Publishing any content that infringes on others' copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property and legal rights;
• Infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of minors or harming the physical and mental health of minors;
• Disseminating commercial advertisements or similar commercial solicitation information, excessive marketing information, and spam;
• Containing any other information that violates laws and regulations, policies, and public order and morals, disrupts the normal operation of the platform, or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others or third parties.

Personal Privacy

Except for reasons such as legal requirements or requests from government departments with legal authority, or prior explicit authorization from the user, the services we provide guarantee that user personal privacy information will not be disclosed to the public or third parties, nor will any non-public content stored by the user while using the services be revealed. At the same time, in order to operate and improve the technology and services we provide, our services may autonomously collect and use or provide non-personal privacy information of users to third parties, which will help us offer a better user experience and service quality.

Limitation of Liability

Users understand and agree to independently choose to download and use "pickupnote"", assuming all risks, and shall bear full responsibility for any damage to their computer systems or loss of data resulting from the download or use of "pickupnote".

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no representations or warranties regarding the following:

• Your use of the service will meet your needs;
• Your use of the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
• Any information obtained through your use of the relevant services will be accurate and reliable;
• Any operational or functional defects in any software provided to you as part of the relevant services will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages or claims arising from the user's use of "pickupnote" or in any way related to this product and service (including but not limited to damages resulting from personal injury, privacy breaches, failure to fulfill any obligations including good faith or reasonable care, negligence, and any other monetary or other losses).

Third-Party Products and Services

Service may utilize third-party software or technologies (including open-source code and public domain code that this software may use, hereinafter the same), and such use has been legally authorized.

If this software uses third-party software or technologies, we will display the relevant agreements or other documents in accordance with applicable laws or agreements, which may be presented in the form of attachments to this agreement, packaged in specific folders within the software installation package, etc. They may be expressed as "Software License Agreement," "Authorization Agreement," "Open Source Code License," or other forms. The aforementioned agreements or other documents presented in various forms are an inseparable part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as this agreement; you are required to comply with these requirements. If you fail to comply with these requirements, the third party or governmental authorities may initiate legal action, impose fines, or take other punitive measures against you, and may request our assistance; you shall bear legal responsibility on your own.

Any disputes arising from the third-party software or technologies used by this software shall be resolved by the third party, and we shall not bear any responsibility. We do not provide customer support for third-party software or technologies; if you require support, please contact the third party directly.

Service Changes

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without notifying users. Users accept our right to exercise changes, suspensions, or terminations of the service, and we shall not be liable to users or third parties.

Agreement Modification

In accordance with the development of the internet and changes in relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents, or due to business development needs, the services we provide have the right to modify or change the terms of this agreement. Once the content of this agreement changes, the modified agreement will be published on the website, and such publication shall be deemed as notification to the user of the changes. The services we provide may also use internal messaging to inform users of modifications to the agreement terms, changes in services, or other important matters.

If the user disagrees with the modifications made by the services we provide to the relevant terms of this agreement, the user has the right and should cease using the services we provide. If the user continues to use the services we provide, it shall be deemed that the user accepts the modifications made by the services we provide to the relevant terms of this agreement.
